Howe Sound Solutions provides on-site and remote service for INNCOM by Honeywell systems across Canada — the thermostats, the room controllers, the network between them, and the integrations behind them.

What we service

Thermostats and room controls — both generations of INNCOM guestroom thermostat: the current-flagship e7 (and wireless e7w) and the long-established e528 (and wireless e529), plus Evora switches and keypads, PIR occupancy sensors, and in-room RF networks.
Head-end and supervision — INNcontrol 3 and INNcontrol 5, floor bridges, gateways, and the room-to-server chain.
Integrations — PMS check-in/check-out energy states, BACnet tie-ins to building HVAC, door-lock and lighting interfaces.
Legacy equipment — discontinued modules that still run hundreds of rooms, with cross-reference guidance to current replacements when repair stops making sense.

How support works

Remote first. Many INNCOM faults — a room reporting offline, a thermostat that stopped following PMS states, comfort complaints traced to energy-management setbacks — can be diagnosed remotely against your INNcontrol before anyone books travel. You get an answer in hours, and if hardware is at fault, the technician arrives knowing which part is in their bag.

On-site when it matters. Trained INNCOM technicians handle room rebalancing, floor-network failures, head-end migrations, and property-wide refreshes — Canada-wide through Howe Sound Solutions and approved field partners.

Support plans, published. We offer named support tiers with guaranteed response times, preventative visits, and 24/7 escalation — support-plan customers also get our hotel portal: manuals by property, service history, saved reorder lists, and AI-guided troubleshooting.

Do you service hotels outside British Columbia?: Yes — remote-first support Canada-wide, with on-site dispatch through our own technicians and approved field partners. Active client properties run from Vancouver Island to Montréal.
Can you support discontinued INNCOM equipment?: Usually. Many discontinued modules can be repaired, cross-referenced to current equivalents, or bridged during a phased refresh. We'll tell you honestly when end-of-life is the better answer.
Do you work with our PMS vendor?: Yes. PMS-driven energy states are one of the most common things we repair — including integrations that quietly stopped working after a PMS upgrade.
What do you need from us before a service call?: Property name, affected room numbers, thermostat model, what changed recently, and INNcontrol access if remote diagnosis is wanted. Photos of the device help.
